C.Y. (Cynthia) Suellentrop joined Wichita Ear Clinic in December of 2020. C.Y. wears many hats.  Some of her duties include supervising staff, accounting, and facility management. C.Y. brings 35-plus years of management experience in various settings from retail to non-profit. She is excited to expand her skills into the medical industry.

C.Y. earned her Business Management degree from the University of Arkansas. She continued her leadership training with the Kansas Leadership Center. Over the last 10 years, she worked on leadership training with Kansas Leadership Center and recently received Coaching Certification. KLC has helped hone her leadership skills and the ability to manage and engage others toward a common goal. Her goal is to help Wichita Ear Clinic staff provide the highest quality of compassionate healthcare.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking, swimming, and visiting breweries in Wichita and around the area.
